Poets' & Writers' Night
Every third Tuesday of the month, the Flint Area Writers host Poets' & Writers' Night at Borders bookstore on Miller Road.
Join Borders, Bogner Sound and Music, and the Flint Area Writers for an evening of literary celebration as well-known authors and local writers share their poetry and prose in a traditional atmosphere--the local coffee cafe and bookstore. Future literary get-togethers will include special performances and readings from poets, novelists, short story writers, and more. For more information, call Borders at (810)230-8830.

Programs of Interest
Borders Writing Workshop:
A workshop for prose writers, both fiction and nonfiction welcome.
The Workshop will meet on the first Wednesday of each month from 8-10 P.M. All adults who wish to share their work with a group of fellow writers, share ideas, and participate in exercises and discussions about writing and books. Please bring a few pages of recent work to share. No advance registration required, just show up ready to talk writing. For more information, call (810) 230-8830 and ask for Barry.
